ASSEMBLY REPORT 

               On 27th November 2025, the Mahatma College of Education, Nileshwar, in collaboration with IQAC, conducted a College Assembly at 9:30 AM in the General Hall. This event was organized by the First-Year Physical Science students, with contributions from Jesni Titus, Pooja OV, Kavya KM, Shilpa , and  Reema M.

 

Program Overview:

 

The morning assembly was conducted in an organized and disciplined manner. The programme began with the prayer, creating a calm and spiritual atmosphere. This was followed by the pledge, instilling a sense of unity and patriotism among the students. The Principal’s address offered valuable guidance and encouragement. The programme concluded with the National Anthem, filling the atmosphere with patriotism and respect for the nation.

The Morning Buzz session was conducted on 1 October 2026 at 9:40 AM in the Assembly Hall, in collaboration with IQAC and the Science Club. It was presented by Sandhya A M as an interactive activity titled “This or That: Chemistry Battle.” Students were given two choices for each question and encouraged to select an option and explain their choice. The activity covered interesting chemistry topics such as acidity, conductivity, chemical changes, oxidation, reactivity, heat and change, acid–base  reactions, and ions. The correct answers were revealed along with simple scientific explanations.
